This Sam Raimi movie is definitely a gory one indeed. The film all in all is bloody and disgusting but the story is great and solid. Raimi's career has been great since this film and with the exception of the "Spiderman" franchise Raimi knows how to do horror. I enjoyed this film very much and am excited to view the rest of the films in the franchise. This film is a classic just like many other old horror films before 2000. This film was very interesting but also very bloody and got me to cringe a couple of times. The effects and props in this film were great for its time period. The location of the film was secluded enough but it held up. I genuinely dont enjoy horror films that stay in one spot but this one was great.
