This is a great installment in the Harry Potter franchise as far as story and action go. This seventh installment is of course the last but it is so long and has so much story and action that it had to be split into two parts. The first part i think is great but i know now that since most of the story was told in part one that in the second part of The Deathly Hollows the action will go over the top. Daniel Radcliffe returns in this ever so stunning installment in the franchise. I enjoyed the cast and liked that from start to end this part of the final installment got right to the point not to much talking but action when it's needed. The plot of this great installment is simple. Harry is moving on after Dumbeldore's death with his friends Hermione played by Emma Watson, and his friend Ron played by Rupert Grint. Harry seeks to take refuge with the rest of his team but is ambushed on his way out. This in turn leaves Harry in a state of pride meaning that he doesn't want anyone to die for his actions. From this point on as Harry, Hermione, and Ron venture forth by themselves they must destroy Hocruxes which are the basic key to lord Voldemort's power. Along the journey Harry is also told a tale that plays into what he actually needs later on in the second half. A Cloak, A wand, and The stone of revival. With these objects combined they create The Deathly Hollows which plays a part in the title. From there on the film continues to show their journey and show what Voldemort is doing to prepare for his battle with Harry Potter. This first half of the final installment is one that is great and full of great story and action at times. The film left me wanting more which is good because that is the director David Yates ticket to get people to watch the second half. I enjoyed this first half alot as i have for all Harry Potter movies. My favorite scene in this film is the scene in which Harry, Hermione, and Ron take the potion that enables them to become another person for a short period of time. This scene is great because it shows that Harry will go to any lengths to retrieve the Hocruxes before it is to late. The action and C.G.I is amazing and i am eager to watch the second half.
