This Film from the legendary Puppets of our childhood A.K.A The Muppets is one that you do not want to miss. Finally a good childish memory of mine returns to theaters instead of the horrid blue garbage creatures known as The Smurfs. This movie had everything you want in a Muppet film. The film had Musical numbers with brilliant comedy involved, Obviously our favorite characters in The Muppets returning, and Wait here i go Jason Segel. I was glad to see that a comedic person such as Segel had a part in writing the film. This made it all the more enjoyable to watch. Getting to the plot of the film, The Muppets are gone and have been separated for several years now. No one in the world cares for them and they are old news. That didn't stop a boy named Walter who coincidentally is a Muppet himself. Walter has always felt distant from his brother Gary (Segel) and one day Walter is introduced to something that brightens up his world, The Muppets.Walter is inspired by them because he sees that he isn't the only one who is different and Would give anything to be with them. Years later Walter's brother Gary is taking his girlfriend to California for their anniversary, Walter is stunned to find out that he is invited to go and finally visit the Muppets studio. When they arrive at the studio they see it is abandoned and as Walter sneaks into Kermit's old office he quickly takes refuge under the table because of a businessman with two goons entering the office. Walter hears about an evil plot to take the Muppets studio and transform it into something else destroying the entire memory of the Muppets.  Walter,Gary and Mary(Amy Adams) must get the Muppets back together to put on a show in order to raise 10 million dollars so that they can save their studio. This film had musical numbers that were actually pretty catchy and had very ingenious humor. I felt like a kid again watching this and it was also the perfect film to watch right before or on thanksgiving. I grew up with The Muppets so seeing this film after years of silence from them actually made me fall in love with them all over again. There were tons of cameos in this film by actors such as , Neil Patrick Harris, Whoopi Goldberg, Selena Gomez, Zach Galifianakis, Alan Arkin,Ken Jeong and Chris Cooper. I cant say that i have a favorite scene from this film just because i loved every scene, if i had to choose i would say that my favorite scene in this film is the scene in which the chickens do a musical number to Cee Lo Greens F**k you in chicken language, this scene was hilarious. The Muppets are an essential part of everyone's childhood, i mean there's not one person that can say they have never seen something with Muppets in them. This film was great and its highly reccomended by me if your looking for a good movie to watch for enjoyment or with your family. We must never forget that Muppets will always triumph over gay smurfs. I loved the movie and wouldn't mind watching it again.
