This Walt Disney film is truly a film that was done right. I usually find films of this company to be a little mediocre unless they are animated but this movie has changed my view on that. This film is one Disney film that i can say i truly loved and would buy and watch it again. Joseph Kosinski is the first director i think that actually toppled the whole non animation of Disney film's by making this epic thrill ride. This film is the most futuristic movie i have ever seen besides Steven Spielberg's "Minority Report'. With great C.G.I, a good story behind it and great actors what more could you ask for. The plot of this futuristic action adventure film is as follows. Garrett Hedlund plays Sam Flynn a boy who is searching for his father who in the middle of running a multi billion dollar company up and vanishes while working one night at his arcade. Jeff Bridges plays Kevin Flynn Sam's father who has gone missing in the world in the middle of a scientific breakthrough. Sam after sabotaging the company's stock into it being free like his dad wanted receives a Paige from his fathers old work number. This is strange because this number has been disconnected for twenty years. Sam goes looking for his father at his old workplace and accidentally activates a laser which brings him into the world "The Grid". Sam is trying to survive let alone find his father in the process and escape this world before the portal closes for ever. This film had the best C.G.I you could ever want in a sc-fi action film. I personally cant wait to buy it when it comes on DVD. The actors in this film were great and weren't afraid to go in depth with their characters, and plus the movies futuristic details were spectacular. Games that involve eliminating other opponents by slicing through them with a disc or ramming them with a wall left by your motorcycle or airplane. The film i have to say was stunning none the less. I watched this movie with not so good expectations, i thought it would be just another mediocre live action Disney film. This theory however was proven wrong. I honestly recommend this film if you are into sc-fi movies and you like futuristic films. Tron: Legacy is the film for you if you like what was just stated. Please view this stunning Walt Disney film.
